"Kivi"

I got a steady post in Ylioppilaslehti while studying graphic design in The University of Industrial Arts in Helsinki and at the same time drawing my first full-length Graphic Novel The Connectors in an old horse-shed under Kruununhaka streets. My storytelling was still finding its form between overly poetical and the mundane, and my years in Ylioppilaslehti that lasted through two Editors-In-Chief, from 1991 to 1994, were my private tabloid-sized laboratory in comics' form and function.
